Annual General MeetingFor 2013 will be held on 27th Marchat The Herb Garden Cafe, Spa Centre, Llandrindod WellsFrom 7 p.m. for 7.30
The Herb Garden Cafe is in the covered walkway next
to the Cooperative/ex-Somerfield store.
The AGM is important to all members so please come
if you can. We appreciate this can be difficult from
our more-outlying areas. If you would like to come
but have no transport, let us know and we might be
able to arrange a lift.
This AGM is important as your Board of
Directors will be confirming adoption of changes to
the Registered Rules of the Credit Union arising
from the Legislative Reform Order that has recently
been passed by Parliament and presenting a Special
Resolution associated with these changes and
concerning admission of Corporate Members of the
credit union..
If you are able to come it would help us to know in
advance. If you are also able to offer a lift that
could help someone who otherwise could not attend.
